While waiting for the repairs to be completed, met a very friendly Kia rep, Ryan Went to have the air conditioning in our 2014 Kia Sorrento serviced. While waiting for the repairs to be completed, met a very friendly Kia rep, Ryan McMahan. We shared the experience of our two previously purchased Kia Sorrento. He asked if he could share the new technologies of the 2018 models and advised us how the cars are now being built to accommodate the areas of where they will be driven. We met with sales rep Jason Gold who showed us a new Kia. We were impressed. We then conversed with Jim Braley who was most professional and helpful with the contemplation of purchasing a new Kia. While my husband and I had no intention of trading in our car, we made the decision to purchase the new 2018 Kia Sorrento. Must also compliment the friendliness and professional of the business manager Sam Plana. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Lokey Kia - my daughter's Kia Soul and our third Kia Sorrento. Highly recommend this dealership and the employees we have rated. More

I needed service because one of my tires was on low air I felt even though it was late in the afternoon my problem was handled very good. Could not complete a simple oil & rotation. Went in for a oil change & tire rotation. When my car was finished, I double checked my tires & went in to talk to the service rep. I told him I think they forgot to rotate the tires. He insisted that they rotated the left rear & right front. I told him that I had been standing around the back the entire time because I smoke, saw no tires rotated. He did not want to look at my car to see what I was talking about, he just wanted to prove me wrong. Finally, he went to talk to the service tech. When he came back, all he said was " Give me your keys". I can't trust anything to be done to my car at this point and I left. More
