Very pleasantly impressed I was uncertain what to expect as my initial contact person and the service person appeared so serious. But my car was serviced promptly and Derek, m I was uncertain what to expect as my initial contact person and the service person appeared so serious. But my car was serviced promptly and Derek, my service person, was gracious and considerate in providing me feedback. He paid personal attention to my concerns and queries. I sought an extra service and he courteously escorted me to the parts department and introduced me to a person there to take care of my needs. I felt very much cared for as a KIA car owner and client. I would have recommended that staff smile when initially greeting customers to disarm any undue concerns the customer may have, but your care, service and product quality speak volumes and more than made up for any lack of initial smiling..
