Terrible experience. Tech was extremely dismissive. Flat out refused to inspect my car correctly for a recall. When I pointed out the malfunctioning part that was under the recall he actually said to me “I have no idea what that part is but it’s not part of the recall”. Don’t know how they get away with still being a Kia dealership. Awful. More
