The front desk personnel was amazing! He really gave me step by step what was happening to my car. Helped me understand the processes and kept me up to date with the findings. He also gave me an inspection of the car once it was returned, made sure the car was in working order and then saw me off. Usually there’s paper left inside the car- it can be annoying even though the paper is there to keep the car clean- but it’s always left there. This was the first time I’ve gone and it was gone before I got there! Car was cleaned and washed and everything worked well! He was great in his tone and approach and gave me quality attention instead of being distracted- he was very focused on his approach. Fantastic job!! More
