I was not greeted when I walked in. horrible service where do i start had a appointment took over a week to get diagnosed had my car over two weeks was told multiple times was waiting on warranty but spoke to warranty and was informed a claim over a week to get diagnosed had my car over two weeks was told multiple times was waiting on warranty but spoke to warranty and was informed a claim was never made told me my passenger window was broken but when picked up car window was working fine …. didn’t get my car fix there picked up car after getting run around for 2 weeks … wade or wayne was who i spoke to and dan or dave was the one assigned to me … i took my car to a local mechanic took home approximately 26 mins to do what kia didn’t do in a 2 week frame More
