Well where do I begin? I was in a rush to purchase a vehicle. While on a test drive alone with a male salesman he asked me if I would bring my dog in to see him. Why would I was in a rush to purchase a vehicle. While on a test drive alone with a male salesman he asked me if I would bring my dog in to see him. Why would you ask a women that was purchasing a car this.. I ended up buying a vehicle. Only to find out my insurance rates went up a lot. I called back to see if I can get into something else. And I was told yes trade the car in we well sell you another one. I asked about my down payment and they said that deal was done. I mean really!!! Other dealership will let you return vehicles work with you. I discussed and bow backed into a financial mess. So, yes if this sounds like what your looking for then schedule your test drive feel creepy while doing it!! 100% taken for a ride!😢 2 days later was called by sales agent and was asked if I want to come test drive a car. I said I already purchased one he said o yes I confused you with someone else. Honestly is the best policy. But icing on the cake on that one. More

Lokey Kia seems to be slipping on the free stuff. I love love them font get me wrong in 2017 i bought my first brand new Soul from them and went back in 2021 for an upgrade. The car detailing was a bit spotty... windows had large water spots on them. The 3 hour wait was expected. They were polite kept me informed offered recommendations coffee snacks over all an good experience. More
