I brought my car in for a recall service and oil change/tire rotation. When dropping off my car I filled out a form to request the services I wanted done while my car was at the dealership and I req change/tire rotation. When dropping off my car I filled out a form to request the services I wanted done while my car was at the dealership and I requested a detail service. The service was not provided nor was it communicated to me that it was not going to be done. I was very disappointed with the service and communication from the dealership. I have been a loyal Kia customer and expected better service. More

My car was stolen in Nov 2021. They took the rear view mirror. Had to order a replacement which was $650 had to wait two weeks for the part but a month for an appointment. When I brought my car in for the appointment they told me I needed an additional bracket before the mirror could be installed. So I kept the mirror ordered the bracket. I was notified that the bracket came in but had to wait another month for an appointment. Came in for my appointment mirror was installed and the next day WITHOUT adjustment it fell off. Now I have to wait ANOTHER month for an appointment. Every time I have to come in I have to take a vacation day from work. This will be the 4th vacation day I’ve had to take to get a rear view mirror installed correctly. Thank god nothing mechanical is wrong with my car. More
I don't like leaving negative reviews, because I understand people make a living through doing business, but this dealership in particular was less than satisfactory. Dave Woodward in the service department, never returned my calls, even after several attempts over the course of 2 months trying to get information about my car that was in their shop for an engine issue. Other people in the service department had said they would have someone call me by the end of the business day, and there was no attempt to even contact me for several weeks. It was only when I went to the physical location, was I able to talk to a service member, which was David Woodward, and even then he seemed like he was bothered by the fact that I was there to talk about my car. I would not recommend nor will I ever consider doing any kind of business with this dealership ever again. I would give it negative stars if it was an option. More
