Usually, I make an appt and get in and get out. Not this time. Ignored at first, then whoever was available. UGH. Also, front drivers seat pushed all the way up, so I couldn't get into the car. There was an hiccup with the parts I had ordered being back ordered, so my service appointment had to be rescheduled. Service manager Dave went above and beyond communicating with me about delivery of sai back ordered, so my service appointment had to be rescheduled. Service manager Dave went above and beyond communicating with me about delivery of said parts and getting me back in the shop, around my schedule.
