I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service office a broken key ( the blade only was broken ) the guy asked me how much mileage I told I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service office a broken key ( the blade only was broken ) the guy asked me how much mileage I told him 42 k And year 19 he said ok it is covered And as I am waiting in the waiting area a girl showed up her name is JUSTINA she was very very rude and yelled at me and asked who told you it is covered I told her it’s your colleague at the front office go ask him then she went and came back and said no he is wrong it is not covered In a way I didn’t like it Also after my car service was done she handed me the keys in a rude way she meant not to walk me to my car I’m waiting for ur response guys otherwise I’m coming in person to see who runs that location I’m really pissed off More

Was notified 3 months ago about a recall part that could cause a fire in my car. It took weeks to get an appt. When I finally did they said they never ordered the part because they wanted to make sure I wou cause a fire in my car. It took weeks to get an appt. When I finally did they said they never ordered the part because they wanted to make sure I would come in for the service appt. WHAT?! Then they made me wait several more weeks for a new appt. When I came in the second time they weren’t even sure they had the part and had to check. Why would you not order a recall part when I had an appt? This is the second dealership I’ve had issues with ( first was Lokey Kia). I will never buy another Kia again and wouldn’t recommend one to anyone either. More
