I was a walk in oil change talked to the young lady waiting outside to put plastic covers on my seat and steering wheel I told her I was here for a oil change she told me to talk to the attendant in si waiting outside to put plastic covers on my seat and steering wheel I told her I was here for a oil change she told me to talk to the attendant in side the booth so I walked told the ladyI was here for a oil change she ask me if I had an appointment I told her no she told me they were about one hour and a half wait so I said I’ll wait she told me NO that I would have to make a appointment that ther were a week out I just could not believe that so I said ok set the appointment up I walked disappointed I started to remove the plastic off my seat and steering wheel the young lady attendant ask me what I was doing so I explained to her what the service person said they weren’t that busy so she took me to the service manager and I explained the situation to hi he told me that walk in are welcome and don’t need a appointment so now I am mad that she lied to me so I would like to thank that young attendant and the service manager for doing the right thing I am very disappointed that you would turn away a customer b More
