The service department at Lokey Kia is absolutely terrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. I have seen multiple customers walk out of there very upset about their service. They had my Kia for terrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. I have seen multiple customers walk out of there very upset about their service. They had my Kia for over a month and it still wasn’t ready when they called and told me to come pick it up. I will never take my Kia back to Lokey (unless I have to because of another one of their screw ups.) More

The service department customer service lack customer value experience. Not very friendly. Rude. Had to wait 10 minutes for a service tech to get off the phone, looking right at me. The questions I was asking seem like I was disrupting them. I received the worst customer service experience for a well known company. The sales department had better customer service skills because they want the sale. The service department seem to me like they hate their job's. For example, I'd asked the service tech how long I'll be waiting. He said it take 2 hours for each recall issue. If that's too long than we can reschedule. I've waited for a week and a half for this appointment. It's not my fault they book too many cars appointments. And was rude to me like I offended him for asking. I had no choice but to take my recall issue to Kia. I wish I was giving the opportunity to pick another company. Not sure if I would ever return back if the choice was up to me. Maybe Tampa kia would've better customer service than Clearwater. Not impressed. I have worked in retail for 10 year's and was a customer service manager but I decided for a different career path in the medical field. I'm only writing this review because of the worst customer service experience I've received for a car dealership. When I'd owned a Chevy car and the Chevrolet company had a recall. They had a courtesy service vehicle, that would drop you off home and pick you up. I had the best experience dealing with their recall issue so I've assumed that I was experienced the same customer service. Once this vehicle breaks down, I'll won't be purchasing another Kia vehicle. I quess if I had a BMW and took my recall issue there. If I was giving the choice of picking the car dealership. I know my experience would have been different at that kia dealership in Clearwater. I would not recommend that dealership in Clearwater to anyone unless they wanted bad customer service with the service department. More
