Terrible they try fix one thing always break another- I was sold a lemon 2011 kia Optima! I've had everything break down on me past 5 years! Including my engine dying! I'm now left with low headlights (they have recall but GM refuses fix said passed a video test?) I now live with a serious vibration under my driver's seat they swear my water bottle shaking in car has nothing to do with Kia- I've owned this car going on 6yrs now and had multiple recalls whole time- but the car never gets fixed unless they can charge my extended warranty! Nightmare dealership I will NEVER BUY A KIA AGAIN! More

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I took my car in for its free oil change but it was also due for its 15000 mile service. Rather than just do that service which would have been over $3 took my car in for its free oil change but it was also due for its 15000 mile service. Rather than just do that service which would have been over $300 they did an inspection and found I only needed new wiper blades and an alignment (which I expected) More
I’m not happy with the dealership, I had a problem with my 2017 Kia Cadenza. They fix the problem but the door panel of the driver side of my Kia Cadenza was not put back correctly, I took it back to get i my 2017 Kia Cadenza. They fix the problem but the door panel of the driver side of my Kia Cadenza was not put back correctly, I took it back to get it fix, two hours later they call me an said I could pick up my car. I pick up my car and before I drove of the dealership i check the door but the problem still there, it’s hard for me to explain the problem of the door because I do not know the name of the piece that need to be replaced so the bottom of the door panel doesn’t come off that easy. I think it’s time to change dealership, it’s sad because I like a few people there but if the employees are not willing to take care the customer, what’s the point of going there. More
