Not friendly at all, they do not step out of the office to say hello to the customer to make them feel welcome, ( COVID 19 had nothing to do with what I’m writing. I dropped my car off concierge came up immediately then I went into service and they acknowledged me then I went into the waiting room with the TV's and comfortable chairs and sat there for about an half an went into service and they acknowledged me then I went into the waiting room with the TV's and comfortable chairs and sat there for about an half an hour until the service worker told me my car was done.
