Lokey Kia - Service Center

I had problems with my Kia while driving in town. I immediately drove over to Kia and asked for an inspection. They were able to figure out what was wrong quickly and it was, thankfully, not serious. Not friendly at all, they do not step out of the office to say hello to the customer to make them feel welcome, ( COVID 19 had nothing to do with what I’m writing. Service was really bad. You could tell that they did not care about helping the customer. The employees at Lokey Kia are very attentive. As soon as you come in someone is there to assist you. I dropped my car off concierge came up immediately then I went into service and they acknowledged me then I went into the waiting room with the TV's and comfortable chairs and sat there for about an half an went into service and they acknowledged me then I went into the waiting room with the TV's and comfortable chairs and sat there for about an half an hour until the service worker told me my car was done. There was no charge. The special Kia nut on each wheel where replaced too. I want to thank the mechanic for doing excellent work. Thank you Kia More
