I am new to the area & just purchased a used Kia Soul . Lokey Kia gave it a look over for me & let me know about any recalls , free of charge . Tom and his crew takes special care of my vehicle and myself all the time. Fast, efficient and even w/o appointment. My last service I did have a scheduled appointment but could not arrive at specific myself all the time. Fast, efficient and even w/o appointment. My last service I did have a scheduled appointment but could not arrive at specific time due to the serious illness of my 94 yr old Mother. I was upset about my Mother of course and just took my vehicle in at an earlier time and Tom said no problem at all. I am so thankful. I was in and out of there in just about 1 hour just like he said. It is not always about the vehicle, which is important, but sometimes about the care and concern for the individual.
