Service person was very personable. He assisted me in obtaining a spare key that was promised in February. Previously, I had been told I would have to prepay for the key and then be reimbursed. I bought my Kia Soul new in 2011, and have had service there since that was just ok. Called on Tues, was able schedule an appointment within the hour.
