Dave said he got the price down to $2100 & labor would be 9.7 hours. I said I would pick up my car. When I came back I was told they got the price down to $875 & 1.5 hours labor. At this point I took the car some where else & saved $140. Very disappointed. Trying to get through to service was a nightmare. More
Service was quick but thorough. Upon arrival it was explained that to keep everyone safe that employees would be wearing masks as well as customers. And after my service everything that was completed was explained to me as well as what services I may want to consider completing to keep my vehicle in good running order. More

The service department did a great job they did tell it would take an hour at first then when I talked to a person who wrote the work to be done he told me about 3 hours and advice me to come back another would take an hour at first then when I talked to a person who wrote the work to be done he told me about 3 hours and advice me to come back another day . Didn't order the part I called and made an appointment for a recall and was told that there were 2 of them, ok. They would only be able to replace the defective hood latch and that the part for the fire hazard would have to be ordered and I would have to come back! Why did you set up my appointment without the part? Oh, the scheduling department has nothing to do with the service department, that is what the serviceman said. WHAT???Now I have to make another trip. Why would I even recommend you at all? This is not even fair customer service. More
Bad Review I had a 10:30 appt. for an oil change--I arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait. What is the use of having an appt. if it doesn't mean anything? An oil change shouldn't take over 20 minutes. Also, I was extremely uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room which has no social distancing and staff walking around with masks either dropped down below their mouths, or when speaking with someone they moved their mask below their mouth. I couldn't wait to get out of the place.. More
