Vacation SAVED!!! In Clearwater on vacation and my newer car started acting up (2017 Forte), and the engine light came on. I am female and traveling alone from Indiana In Clearwater on vacation and my newer car started acting up (2017 Forte), and the engine light came on. I am female and traveling alone from Indiana so I conjured up every horror story imaginable and drove to the nearest Kia Dealership. Lokey Kia. I was dreading the worst, didn't have any recall information and my car had been serviced regularly. They advised of a wait time and gave me a ride back to the hotel. I wasn't sure what could be wrong and was worried about how I was getting home etc. Less than 3 hours later they called me, had it fixed and picked me up. Apparently my car did have a recall and thankfully they had the parts in stock!! Not only was my car running like new again, the service guy Shawn Anderson also had my car washed! That's service! The whole process was professional, courteous, and friendly. When I move here, this will be my dealership of choice. Thanks for saving my vacation Lokey!! You're all rockstars!! More

Lokey KIA was on my way home, so I pulled right in to the service center. Georgette Halko, service center staffperson, right away noticed that I had a leak in the sidewall. Thankfully, they had tires my size, waiting in the service center. Even though it was late in the day, Jason Harrison-Kane took care of me, and got me back on the road. First Kia scheduled maintenance. The service department was friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be about the financing dept. A bit over whelming and a little pushy.
