They do it right Been a customer for ten yrs or so. Mr. Lokey makes his money, but he makes you feel good while he's doing it to you. Have you read the questionable Been a customer for ten yrs or so. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Last time, Pernell (then a sales manager) must have worked for two hours to get the car I wanted for the payment I wanted at 2.75 interest--even though I had just an ok credit score. Service is very good and service managers are professional and friendly. As good a place as I expect to find. More

Disappointed in Service Department I made an appointment for an oil change which I made at least 2 weeks in advance. The day of my appointment I dropped my vehicle off and returned seve I made an appointment for an oil change which I made at least 2 weeks in advance. The day of my appointment I dropped my vehicle off and returned several hours later to find my oil had not yet been changed and my car was sitting in same spot as when I dropped it off. When I asked about this I was told we had to handle the people waiting first. Even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment. This was extremely frustrating and very disappointing. I asked to speak to service manager and he did get my car done immediately and offered a tire rotation for my next visit which I really don’t need. I get free tire rotation at the place I bought my tires from so this really doesn’t help me. More
My experience could have been better, unfortunately. I Scheduled tire rotation and oil change. When I arrived I doubled checked that both things would be done. I waited almost 3 hours for my oil change a I Scheduled tire rotation and oil change. When I arrived I doubled checked that both things would be done. I waited almost 3 hours for my oil change and the tire rotation wasn’t even completed. I asked the service advisor about it when I realized it wasn’t completed and he just looked at the paper Work and said, yeah, it wasn’t on there. There was no mention of making sure it get completed or apologizing. I also feel it shouldn’t of taken 3 hours for a simple oil change. They also asked if i wanted the car washed and I said yes. The car didn’t appear in any way to be washed when I picked it up. The service advisors all made sure though to let me know to give them all 5 stars on the survey I’d be receiving. I was upset by my experience so I called the service manager and he was apologetic and offered a free tire rotation when I bring the vehicle back. To be honest, the next time I need something done I will take the car elsewhere... my overall experience wasn’t great. More
