Good Service I was from out of town and Isabela the service writer was courteous. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my vehicle and the check engine ligh I was from out of town and Isabela the service writer was courteous. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my vehicle and the check engine light was still on and I had to turn around and go back, after my appointment was at 10:00 and I did not pickup until 4:00. They had failed to reset the light and it said they did an inspection of the vehicle, but failed to see that I also had a brake light out. A little overpriced for the service performed. More

Lacking in service I have been there a few times for my lifetime oil change warranty. All three times I told them I had to go to work and ask how long it would be and th I have been there a few times for my lifetime oil change warranty. All three times I told them I had to go to work and ask how long it would be and they said an hour and a half to do the change and the car wash. Each time, after at least an hour and a half, I was informed of recommended service to my car and then asked if I wanted the wash again. When I said yes, I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes and had to decline due to time twice. Also, while I was sitting, waiting for my vehicle a salesman approached me, asked me if I knew car prices would be going up by 25% soon because of some government tariff or something. I said I didn't watch the news and he continued to explain why if I was to buy a new car, now is the time and I should look at one now and then called a salesman over. Uncomfortable to say the least. More

Longest oil change and brake service Made an appointment for 8 am brought my car in at 7:30 dropped it off the lady said come back in about 2 hours maybe 2 and half hours. Fine , come bac Made an appointment for 8 am brought my car in at 7:30 dropped it off the lady said come back in about 2 hours maybe 2 and half hours. Fine , come back 4 hours later ( due to not having a car had to wait for a ride ) I get there expecting my car to be finished and my car is still being worked on the breaks have not even been touch only inspected which I already knew my breaks were worn reason for me making an appointment, so I leave in frustration as the guy says would you like to reschedule your breaks to be done another day ? This was a breaking point left told them to call me when my vehicle was ready for pick up 2 and half more hours later my car finally has the front breaks done and a oil change ( also they did an unexpected realignment which was nice of them ) but all day they had my car from 7:30 in the morning to 4 pm for a simple oil change and two front breaks to be done terrible service, they also did not even resticker my car for a next service due date or reprogram my car for it to tell me when service was due. I’m very unpleased which is unfortunate because I’ve been here before and they were on top of things this time it felt as if they didn’t care about any of that More
