He said the little rubber stopper on that part was not recalled!! No problem paying 6 bucks but $50 dollars labor when they were right there fixing recall!! So upsetting! More

BSD and Navigation issues not fixed Both systems are periodically not working. Service center said they "could not duplicate'" and therefore could not fix. I just returned from a long Both systems are periodically not working. Service center said they "could not duplicate'" and therefore could not fix. I just returned from a long trip and where I unfortunately had a near miss as the Blind Spot Detector did not work. This was in DC, during rush hour where the Navigation system was wrong and almost got me killed! You see, you need to go to the dealer and then pay an extra $200 to update the maps! For every single update. Back when GPS systems were new and expensive, I paid $99 for LIFETIME updates! I guess the cost of a brand new Sorento SX wasn't enough... More

Horrible customer service I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. I can not speak for the sales department, but their service department is horrible. Whenever I called about my car I could never get through to service, they would put me on infinite holds, hang up on me and/or never call me back. When picking up my car my seats were extremely dirty and the issue it was in service for was never even fixed. I couldn’t even fathom coming back here so I actually traded by Kia in for a different car and I am so much more happier. More

Our family has purchased 5 vehicles over the last 10 years from Lokey Kia. The service department has drastically gone down hill since the former Service Manager, Ron left. Know matter who you deal with in the service department, the conclusion is always how rude and sarcastic they are. When sitting in the lobby waiting I hear other customers express the same frustration. Its a shame. The Lokey Kia Service Department provides horrible customer service! More
