Relaxe Came in for a oil change and recall on our 2016 Sorento. Left with a 2019 Sorento. We were looking to up grade soon. So we looked around while waiting and could not pass up the offer. Everyone we came in contact with was nice and what i liked, there was no pressure from anyone of them. Our salesman was the new guy Marquis and the other salesman all were willing to help him. He did a good job. Remember we all must learn our jobs. Would definitely recommend Lokey Kia. More

Great speed, no results The gentleman in the service department was professional and very accommodating to get my van in while I was on vacation. However, they claimed to hav The gentleman in the service department was professional and very accommodating to get my van in while I was on vacation. However, they claimed to have solved the problem with my sliding door by reprogramming the computer and to have tested it 40-50 times without issue. Upon returning home with my van, the problem is still constant without any exception. Very disappointed. More

I will admit when I first bought the Kia I was a little apprehensive as I had been going to the big Toyota service center in Pinellas Park. While they were great I just can't say enough good things about Lokey Kia in their service. Lokey Kia service department rocks More
