Unhelpful That place used to be friendly and helpful, now when I go, I feel like an unwanted guest. They used to check out my car when something was wrong, now they want to charge me to look at it when I go in for my oil change. Things have definitely changed since I bought my car from there 6 years ago. I was told when I bought my car that I can get a complimentary car wash when I go in for service, but it comes back still dirty. Pointless. I used to love waiting in the pavilion, but now they took out the satellite radio, ash tray and trash can. There's trash and cigarette butts all over the area now. More

Placing Customer Needs First Im thankful for Derrick and Boe. My car is now operating at my convenience. There were a few times where I had to bring my car back. But this time it Im thankful for Derrick and Boe. My car is now operating at my convenience. There were a few times where I had to bring my car back. But this time it looks like they’ve found a solution. They gave me a rental with no charge so that they could spend as much time as needed to find a solution. I’d recommend these guys! More

Soft Skills Needed I have a been coming to your center for three years and this last time was very disappointing. DJ and Isabel were amazing however the older gentleman I have a been coming to your center for three years and this last time was very disappointing. DJ and Isabel were amazing however the older gentleman with the Italian sticker on his computer was very cold. I think that it would help if the Attendants completed the information at the car instead of having the customer go into the glass room where staff are working on their computers and not acknowledging the customer. The Italian guy was very rude to DJ in my presence and in my opinion needs soft skills training. I would rather pay full price for my oil change If the free oil change, so with poor customer service. More
