This was my first time at Lokey Kia. I have had an Oldsmobile and Nissin at Lokey. The experience has always been great. The Service adviser was very knowledgeable and efficient. 3 and a half hour wait for oil change and tire rotation I had a appontment for 930 am and was told it wouldnt been long. After waiting inside for a hour my car had not been moved I went out side and asked h I had a appontment for 930 am and was told it wouldnt been long. After waiting inside for a hour my car had not been moved I went out side and asked how long, they said they thought it was already being worked on and they moved it to the back. I then waited two and a half more hours. I opted for the car wash which they said would only take like 30 minutes....... Should be a good wash if it takes that long , they only washed my car with water and vacummed my front seats. I will never come here again for any services. This is where I bought my car and its really annoying that I will have to go some were else. More

Dealership is very efficient with appoitment times. Service writer is very professional and kept me informed of the progress. They offered a nice room with coffee and donuts while the customers wait.
