He was most sensitive and patient in showing her the different buttons on the VW and helped her appreciate all the new safety devices now available on the VW to assist a driver. In addition, he went out of his way to find just the right color and all the inside options that she wanted. In addition, he was most knowledgeable when providing me with different costs and benefits which helped me compare various purchase versus leasing options.
