Had the pleasure of purchasing 4 vehicles (Jetta, Tiguan - Sophia
Had the pleasure of purchasing 4 vehicles (Jetta, Tiguan (2) and Taos) here and servicing all my Volkswagens@ LOKEY>In my book they are the absolute best. I have only experienced one unsatisfactory purchase with one salesperson of whom I felt valued the sale more than valuing me as a long-term customer. I have been driving a VW since 2005 and still have it to this day with 226,000 miles. Won't trade the brand and or this dealership. VW for LIFE!

I recommend the gentlemen who helped me buy my used car - Brenda Y
I recommend the gentlemen who helped me buy my used car at VW of New Port Richey. They were "K" (Mohammed H.), Abdul T., and Carlo C. They worked hard at getting me the deal and financing I needed. I don't think it could have been a better experience!. Appreciate them very much!

I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my 2024 - cynthiarye68
I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my 2024 Subaru crosstrek that would be easier for me to get in and out of because I have some physical limitations due to a health problem and my age. I bought the 2025 VW Taos because it was easier to get in and out of and it was in my opinion easier to drive. However I quickly discovered that it did not have the safety features that I had gotten used to on my Subaru. Also the financing was difficult and I was not given a reasonable interest rate on the loan compatible with my credit history and ability to pay the loan. This was eventually resolved by the finance representative. When I told the salesman I wasn’t happy with the Taos he tried to push me into a more expensive vehicle without even finding out why the Taos did meet my expectations. It was high pressure get more money from me. The car ended up in the service department because of a minor problem but even the service manager was condescending and unable to do any effective problem solving. He actually said to me “the car doesn’t drive itself” This was very disheartening because it was very difficult for me to handle what became an escalating and stressful event. I felt disrespected as a returning customer who had previously been treated well to what became a nightmare to me of what seemed to be predatory sales behavior and insults to me as not being financially worthy. Any one of these problems would have been unacceptable to any reasonable person but with my health problems and lack of ability to understand such behavior I became increasingly frustrated and angry. This to me was totally unnecessary and I did not find one person at the dealership who tried to understand the problem except the finance representative who was able to treat me rather well. I had previously communicated by email with a sales manger about helping me into a suitable vehicle but found him to be on board with the greedy salesman who wasn’t listening and instead was trying to turn an unfortunate misunderstanding into his own financial gain.
