My experience with Lombard Ford was extraordinary. The website and online information are accurate and well organized. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He took the time to help us connect our phones to the car, set up essential safety features and other essential aspects that helped us understand how to take advantage of all the available features. The car model we found in their dealership had all the features we were looking for for a price below the average for other Ford dealers. If you decide to buy a car from Lombard Ford, Mike will make sure you know every single detail in the contract, warranty, car maintenance and service, and much more. After we bought our car, the CEO Rob Lombard came to meet us. He was happy to know we had bought our vehicle and congratulated us. This was a difficult experience! It definitely could have been more positive if I had received correct information from the get-go. It took 3 visits to the dealership & over a week of leaving my truck to been more positive if I had received correct information from the get-go. It took 3 visits to the dealership & over a week of leaving my truck to get it fixed correctly! Once the truck was fixed I found out from George that they had received 2 defective cameras which they installed and then found out were not working and thus, I had to wait for a 3rd one so that they could fix the original problem. I was never given this information from the beginning. The process for repair was time consuming but I would not have gotten upset if I knew what was happening with the camera situation. Polly came to my rescue when she took over the repair and then I had excellent communication and knew what was happening with the repair to my truck. She does an outstanding job all of the time. She cares about her customers and treats them with great respect. I have been using this dealership for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the service work that has been performed on my trucks. I actually purchased a truck from you. I sincerely hope that I will receive quality service every time I come. More
