I take my car to this shop as little as possible, because it seems that every time the shop works on it, something new gets broken. With a previous car, I had some maintenance/tire work done, and all 4 (plas it seems that every time the shop works on it, something new gets broken. With a previous car, I had some maintenance/tire work done, and all 4 (plastic) wheel covers came back broken (the shop reimbursed me for this). Recently, I took my car here to get the passenger airbag replaced due to the recall, and when I got the car back, there was no air blowing through the passenger a/c vent. I took my car back the the shop, and the service manager charged me $100 to see what the issue was. The a/c vent hose was knocked out of place. According to a local mechanic, it is highly likely that it was moved when the airbag was replaced. And the shop still charged me $100 to fix THEIR mistake. And on my most recent visit, my car came back with the hood emblem missing. I also discovered a new 3% surcharge on credit card transactions, and unlike other Toyota shops that I’ve dealt with, the service advisor did not bother to look up any coupons or discounts. (I also called three other local Toyota dealerships to find out if they were adding a surcharge for credit card transactions, and NONE of them are.) But at least they washed my car. My previous experiences with this shop make me not only want to go elsewhere for service even though this shop is 5 min from my house, but now I am having second thoughts about ever owning a Toyota again. More

Have heard they recommend work that doesn’t need to be done. I came in for a oil change and left with a bill of over $1840. The work may needed to be done. Could be the lack of cars due to a chip shortage but could be consumers find better places to have their service done. More
