Hands down rudest sales person we have ever experienced. We were prepared to trade in and pay cash for a vehicle. They tried to convince us to finance. We declined. They said tell us your cash purchase but we won't negotiate. If you don't like it you can go somewhere else and do business with someone else. Rudest sales person ever. His name was Miguel. I am shocked at rude his behavior was. He wouldn't get his way at how the negotiations were going so he got frustrated and changed his demeanor and tone after a few minutes. We tried to address with management Miguel's demeanor and rude behavior. No one had addressed it nor apologized for this employee's behavior. We eventually walked out. Would never ever ever ever do business here nor give them our money for how they treated us. Stay as far away from this place as you can. There are other dealerships that can treat customers with respect and professionalism. If you attempt to do business with this dealership, hopefully you will be never encounter Miguel. It seems like his trigger word is "finance". If you decline or try to finance outside of their department, he will flip on you in a hot second. Consumer beware! More

Found a car at this dealership brought in capital one pre approval the finance manager laughed at me they tacked on 5k in dealership fees and said this is what we will sell car for .
