The attention to detail was excellent. Lonestar Toyota of Lewisville advertised a 2018 F-150 King Ranch for $40k and told me the price was firm and they would hold the vehicle while I drive 3 hours from Austin to make the purchase. Upon arriv King Ranch for $40k and told me the price was firm and they would hold the vehicle while I drive 3 hours from Austin to make the purchase. Upon arriving they added ridiculous fee’s including a $4000 “market adjustment” and $2000 “Lonestar Toyota package” that ended up making the final price well over $50,000. This is a classic bait and switch tactic which is completely illegal and when I tried to speak with the manager Courtney Crawford he just turned his back on me and walked away. I’ve filed an official complaint with the FTC based on the illegal bait and switch tactic. More

BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER!!Went in to look at a used 2014 BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER!! Went in to look at a used 2014 Ford Escape that was advertised on their website at a "market price" of $10,345. When we tried to purchase the vehicle, they changed the prices to $12,999 and tried to add a "dealer charge" of $1,995.00. More
