Jim, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see that you are disappointed and experiencing problems. We are very familiar with your car as we sold and serviced the car since it was brand new with no complaints from the previous owner. As you are aware, we had your car for over a week, and performed several water leak tests over different days, pressurized the cabin and left the car out in heavy rain and there were no detectable leaks or musty smells that tend accompany water leaks.
