His calm and stress-free manner made it so much easier to make a decision. He put me and my husband at ease during a process when we really needed that. The small friendly feel of the dealership helped too - not as overwhelming as other places we considered. The little things (lotion in the ladies room) are really important when making a large purchase like this. We actually decided to buy from Scott/LONG before we decided which car we wanted. Scott was so totally available and helpful through the whole process, taking the time to sync my phone before I drove off. I felt extremely well cared-for and would recommend using this dealership to anyone! More
