What I have difficulty with is the paperless method Lexus uses. It’s a bit challenging to use. I also don’t like how the final portion of this visit is handled. I guess because it’s paperless there is no one to talk to or ask questions about the work that was done. But overall is was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lexus this time. Thank you.
