We have been Lexus clients for over 20 years. For all those years, we have always patronized our local dealership which is just a few miles away. However, for our most recent purchase, we had to use Longo Lexus which is almost 40 miles from our home. Longo Lexus was the only dealership that would honor our special purchase agreement. I was a bit apprehensive at first. Our dealer liaison ,Dennis Lo, assisted us through the entire purchase process. Due to the still lingering effects of Covid, finding the right car was a challenge but Dennis was fantastic! Before and after we took delivery of the vehicle, we also wanted some dealer installed accessories added to our car. Our service advisor, John Yang, was equally as impressive as Dennis. Both consultants were friendly, knowledgeable and very considerate of our time and concerns. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, professionalism and the overall care they have extended to us. Any apprehensions we had about a “new” dealership experience have all been cast aside. Everyone we came into contact with at Longo Lexus we’re all extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.
