I brought my Lexus NX for service and decided to check out a 2023 GX while I waited. I just happened to bump into Sergio Orozco, who kindly greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. During the next hour, he patiently explained walked me through multiple trims of the 2023 GX and explained everything I needed to know, from the trims to the interior functions to the exterior differences. This patience and knowledge already set him apart from normal car salesman I've dealt with. More importantly, I was completely taken aback by his candid, transparent, and selfless attitude. Not once was he ever pushy or trying to make me feel like he was trying to make a sale. In fact, I was actually so surprised at how nice he was that I told him how different he was, but he never once changed his tone or attitude and continued to make me feel like he was an advocate for my car needs and purchasing timeline. Needless to say, I left with so much more than I ever expected. I cannot recommend him highly enough to ANYONE shopping for a car.
