Longo Lexus Dealer is far away from my home, (I live in Santa Ana) but I prefer to have the service from Longo Lexus, I do not have confident the dealers near by my home. More than 10 years ago I also buy my GX 460 at Longo Lexus, so for me Longo Lexus is the Excellent Dealer to buy or to have the service. I hope next time If I have the service I will have the Loan Car same as mine ( for the convenient to enjoy the drive). Thank You for your service.

I would have given a 5 star but it took 2 hours to do a 10,000 mile maintenance on my UX. I had an appointment at 10 am and didn’t get my car back until noon. Otherwise, the service people were friendly an More
