Let me start off with saying that Longo Lexus is amazing. I had originally went to Longo Toyota because that's where Ive always gotten my vehicles. I set an appointment there and the service was horrible. The sales person would not even attempt to show me any vehicles. I left and was upset at my experience. I had never been to Lexus and thought I wouldn't be able to find something I could afford. I gave it a try and was immediately approached by Matthew Yeung. From the start to finish he was amazing and I've never experienced such service as to what I experienced with him. He was upfront didn't try to be pushy listened to my needs and was able to go above and beyond . It did not stop with him. When I met our finance guy Kelvin, he as well provided the same service. Wait, I'm still not done. I get approached by their insurance agents and Robert Resendez was able to get me a cheaper insurance for my vehicle than what I was paying for an older vehicle I was trading in. Longo Lexus far exceeded what I had expected. This was my first time buying a luxury vehicle and the experience is something I will never forget.
