Longo Lexus Service Department is great. My Longo Lexus Service Agent, Michael Chico explained what I needed to get done on my car. He contacted me to let me know that the technicians found My Longo Lexus Service Agent, Michael Chico explained what I needed to get done on my car. He contacted me to let me know that the technicians found that I had 3 tires that were in bad condition, that there were deep visible cracks in the original tires. He said that the other tire was fine and didn’t need to be changed out at all. He went above and beyond by helping me do a two way call to State Farm insurance to get my updated insurance information emailed to him directly so I could get a Longo Lexus car loaned out to me until my car was getting worked on. He also let me know that my oil change service was about to expire in two days if I didn’t get the oil change done. Of course. I let Michael know that I wanted an oil change done as well.
