I requested through Longo Lexus’ availability of the car I was interested through their site. Within a few hours, I got a call from Fiona who is one of the sales associates of the Longo dealership She to I was interested through their site. Within a few hours, I got a call from Fiona who is one of the sales associates of the Longo dealership She told me the car was available on the lot and I could check out the car that day. So I went in the late afternoon to check out the car. Once I saw that the car was exactly what I was looking for, then it was time for negotiation and figuring out pricing. Fiona and the sales manager explained the total price of the car and the reason why it was at that price. I wouldn’t have known the perks of what Lexus’ CPO warranty and services had they not explained thoroughly. Once they laid out all the details, we then proceeded to go into the finance department to get the keys to my new car While we were doing all the finance documentation, Fiona made sure that the car was being washed so that it could be sparkly clean as I drove off the lot. Fiona made sure to reassure me that if there are any issues or concerns, that I could contact her to get any issues resolved. I believe that is true customer service and I look forward to doing further business with Longo Lexus More
