Although your services usually take place @ Lexus of Glendale, we were honored to help not only Lexus Customer Service with the inspection of your front bumper, but also you. Because of the nature of this service, we sublet this inspection over to our Collision Center Division and it was determined the damaged caused to your front bumper was caused by an outside influence and because of that, it was not a warrantable repair. We appreciate you allowing us this opportunity to review, research and respond.

Its ridiculous to say that the paint defect is NOT UNDER WARRANTY and CAUSED BY INFLUENCE when your reports says “POSSIBLY” meaning NOT SURE!!! I hope you guys understand what that means. Second, there is no where on earth you will find a CRACK PAINT caused by an impact if your car is brand new and never have had any repair or repaint??? Question is, did Lexus Glendale sold me this car ES 350 from the start with good faith? Or this car had a bumper repair already and sold it to me as if its brand new? Even google says that the only cause of car paint crack could be “Paint cracking can be caused by another of factors, including poor flash time between coats, force drying of undercoats (or excessively thick ones), improper paint mixture, excessive hardener use, and exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.Oct 1, 2017 http://keatonscomplex.com › comm... Common Auto Body Paint Problems (And What To Do About Them)” No one on earth except your staff would say that the cause of my car paint crack “POSSIBLY” because of outside influence??? How do you explain that? You think even court will accept your explanation “POSSIBLY?” You guys are assuming and you guys will tell me NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY? Ridiculous!!! Is this the kind of warranty we have in Lexus? I have 3 Lexus you can see on your record i have RX And NX as well. Im losing my confidence to the kind of warranty you have!!! Absolutely, unreasonable and unreliable!!! Lets see on court and will go from there! Good-luck to your “POSSIBLY” explanation! I will definitely prove you wrong on this!!!

Im giving 1 star for a very terrible crazy experienced at the service department. Service Manager Clem called me for a false commitment to fix my car!!! I still have warranty until this very moment and yet Lexus Longo denied to fix my car instead they want me to pay extra $700 from the $1700 work. What is that? I have 3 Lexus car: RX, NX and ES350 and because of this horrible terrible experience Im going to buy my Tesla and get rid of my Lexuses!!! Its not worth it to exhaust all my energy just to claim the validity of my warranty coverage to Lexus because its xxxxxxx all my energy and its stressing me out!!! It only tells me and shows how bad and worse service Lexus has and how they value their customers to deliver excellent exceptional service that makes customer happy. Lexus top management should do better job in their service department. I hate dealing with businesses who are very good when you purchase cars to them but after sales they dont give their best effort to help out!!! I deeply regret i switched to Lexus!!! Its the worst service ever I've experienced in America ever since in my lifetime. I lost my appetite recommending and patronizing Lexus because of this experienced!!! Lost your business to my whole family and clan including my own company!!! I used to fall in love with Lexus but never again anymore at all!!! Now, i would rather switch to Tesla, BMW or Mercedes but never never Lexus!!! I hate to say these words but nothing best describe your service than the worst experienced and careless treatment I had with you their!!! I even felt just because Im Asian you guys deal with me unprofessionally and very insensitive with the way you speak!!! Thats never a good representation of Lexus! False promise and commitment which never never happened!!! Done with you!!! BYE!!!
