Our enquiry led with your vehicle coming in for a 15K service, during the write-up period, a conversation between you and one of our team members, Beau took place about purchasing the maintenance package, which you declined. Because you declined this, you would still be responsible for the 15K service in which the service was performed. The 15k service is a minor service with no oil change, we rotated her tires and performed a brake inspection, replaced the key battery and performed safety inspections. We did not remove any panels during the service. Your feedback has been shared with our Svc Mgmt team and profile noted addressing this concern.
