My service advisor David Parada is very professional and helpful. However, courtesy loan car department representative is not so very friendly, my appointment with the loan car was 11:30, I did not get the helpful. However, courtesy loan car department representative is not so very friendly, my appointment with the loan car was 11:30, I did not get the care till 12:40pm, every time I went to ask for my turn, with the unfriendly face and told me still couple people ahead of you.
