This was my first time working with Jim Palmer, Service Consultant. While he wasn't that warm or friendly when I arrived. It was unfortunate that the day I dropped off my car for service (with an 8am appointment), that I did not leave there until after 9:15am. Over an hour to take my car and get a loaner. With an appointment. Yikes. And the amount you all charge for an oil change is pretty shocking. More
