Having never owned a Lexus before, Jeff took the time to answer all of our questions prior to taking us to the vehicle that we had found online. We’ve purchased many vehicles in the past, but never with such ease. When it was time for our RX to be handed over, we were introduced to a very kind young man named Kevin. He was amazing and explained what every single button in our Lexus was for. He set up my Bluetooth and my XM Radio. We highly recommend this dealership and have no doubt that we’ll be back again!
