Plus, they were trying to add on highly profitable options like ceramic coating for $4000. It was a brief interaction, but what happened to the Lexus experience? One of the worst interactions I’ve had with a Car dealership. The sales manager got involved and he was even worse. Just because you have a vehicle that’s in high demand doesn’t treat people poorly. I’m looking at all these positive reviews and I can’t believe it. More
