We appreciate the opportunity to review the matter and provide some clarity regarding your visit to our dealership and how the service advisor communicated with you. Your vehicle was brought in for a brake inspection, as noted under repair order ending in 817. During the assessment, we noted that the brake components had been purchased over the counter and installed by an outside shop. Upon inspection by our certified technician, it was found that the front brakes were missing shims, which are essential for proper function and safety. As a result, our certified technician recommended a complete brake job to ensure the braking system on your vehicle performs safely and reliably. We fully respect your decision to decline the suggested repairs. Please know that your feedback has been shared with our service management team, and any necessary concerns have been addressed internally to ensure we continue to uphold the highest standards of service.
