The service guy that helped me was very rude I felt very discriminatory. I came in for a 1:45 PM service appointment for my IS-500 after confirming over the phone that I had one complimentary service remaining. When I arrived, we were warmly greeted by Andrew, who checked us in and let us know someone would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, Willie called us over and told us there were no remaining complimentary services. While I understand he was just relaying information, his “I just work here” response felt a bit dismissive, especially considering the circumstances. We asked for the vehicle back since there didn’t seem to be much effort to look into it further. Thankfully, Andrew stepped in again. He listened to the situation, tried to help, and even asked the manager if they could at least offer a car wash so the visit wouldn’t feel like a complete waste of time. While the manager ultimately said no, I truly appreciated Andrew’s effort to turn a frustrating situation around. I was also told that the IS-500 FSport only comes with one complimentary service — which doesn’t quite add up, considering I was given a “1 Complimentary Service Remaining” sticker after my 5,000-mile oil change, done at this same dealership. For context, my family has purchased four vehicles from Longo Lexus over the past few years, so it was disappointing to feel like there was little interest in resolving what seemed to be a dealership-side miscommunication. Still — shoutout to Andrew! You made this visit decent. This is hospitality. More
