Service was overall good except I wish they offer to loan you a car while your car is being serviced at the shop. My car was sent to Toyota to fix a “ recall” issue. When my husband’s car had the same issue you a car while your car is being serviced at the shop. My car was sent to Toyota to fix a “ recall” issue. I probably spent a total hour and a half in the dealership, and there wasn’t a lot of back and forth trying to get a deal done. I left with the vehicle I wanted at a price and payment I was happy with. What more could you ask for? My only issue was not being able to get a clean price and financing details without going into the dealership. I was disappointed in the online buying execution, but I am so happy with my vehicle, it’s not that big of a deal. More
