I’ve owned Toyotas for 20+ years. For that amount of time Doug Ranzer has been my service tech first at Pat Lobb Toyota, and now at prosper Toyota. Tony was excellent we was looking for a corallo cross L they didn't have any of those but they did have other kind of cross. He let us look inside and notice it was small compared to the Rav4 that we have they didn't have any of those but they did have other kind of cross. He let us look inside and notice it was small compared to the Rav4 that we have so he suggested that we look at another vehicle and it happen to be the right size that we was looking for there was no pressure to buy he was very courtesy, polite and well respectful.
