I was paying cash for my car and what should have been a 30 minute transaction took 4 hours. Jeremy Reynolds was my salesperson and he tried to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Why was it necessary to access my credit reports if I am paying cash? That added to my frustration as I had to unlock an additional one as the first one had no one answering the phone. I have been out of the country for several years so perhaps that is why. It would have been nice if someone would have been able to show me how some of the features worked but I was anxious to get out of the dealership after so many hours. I did receive a telephone call from Jeremy the next day and that was appreciated. The dealership is very clean and appears to be well organized. It’s unfortunate that my transaction took so very long. More
