They do decent work, but I'm still not to happy about schedule service. For example I believe if I have an appointment for 2:PM you would think I can wait for maybe two hours not four. If they can't start working on my car at the schedule time, why do I even bother setting up an appointment. They tell my we have a lot of cars to work on so we can't get to yours until later, I think you guys just over book. More

Always have a great experience coming to longo whether buying vehicles or getting service. Hamer Toyota is only 2 miles from my home and I’d rather drive 40 miles 1 hour to have service done on my car her buying vehicles or getting service.
