Do not go to that dealership. They added around $3,000 in joke dealer fees to the advertised price. I spent more than 2. 5 hours in the dealer. I was supposed to get my car washed once the service was completed and it didn’t happen since the car sat in the lot for 25 min 5 hours in the dealer. The advisor who took over for the one attending me had no customer service skills. This is the 3rd car I lease with you and it’s sad that your service keeps declining. My worst nightmare was going to this place to get an oil change and a recall repaired on my car. I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting. I had an appointment but that didn't matter.Regarding the recall, they never found it, I had to show them the letter from GMC about the problem and they still asked me to leave the car at the dealership. They told me they didn't have a loaner car to give me and denied me a ride to my house because there was no staff. So they didn't fix the recall, they never washed my car and they only did an oil change that took 2 hours and 40 minutes. And this because I went out to get my car, no one offered me information, there was no maintenance manager on site and my advisor was hard to find. Very rude staff and poor customer service. More
