I purchased my car a few days ago, and unfortunately, it had a defect GMC car. I went in person to speak with the General Manager, who assured me the issue would be resolved by coordinating with the service had a defect GMC car. This situation should not have happened, particularly given the high cost of the vehicle. maintenance reset on car and oil not charged. car only came with 1 car key but 2 keys are required to register the car in the app. salesman did a good job, but the maintenance being reset without car only came with 1 car key but 2 keys are required to register the car in the app. salesman did a good job, but the maintenance being reset without the oil being charged is unacceptable. i didn’t know that i wouldn’t be able to connect the car to my phone with only 1 key. if i want the app to work i need to buy another key and have it programmed. that devalued the overall price i paid for the car.
