Miss Mizrahi, Thank you very much for responding to my earlier message. I also need to share with you, additional issues that came about a few days later. During my purchase process, I was never informed that the battery in the vehicle was damaged, The round service sticker on the windshield stated that all components of the vehicle were properly inspect and verified to be in good working conditions by the service department, It wasn't until July 10th that the vehicle gave me problems starting. I took the vehicle to the Bomnin GMC/Chevrolet dealership in Homestead, Florida and was informed by the service department that the vehicle needed a new battery. I drove immediately to Lorenzo GMC/Chevrolet and spoke to the business representative who helped me with the sale. I waited a total of 4.5 hours for a battery to be installed to the vehicle. On July 15th, 2025, I took the vehicle back to Bomnin GMC/Chevrolet due to a theft deterrent light on the dashboard and the key fob not operating properly. The diagnostic provided by the dealership service department indicated that the vehicle had a damaged/faulty BCM. The vehicle still remains at the Bomnin dealership awaiting repairs. As I stated above, this has turned out to be a very poor experience with your dealership Lorenzo GMC/Chevrolet.
